William Douglas Gage, known affectionately to many as Bill, passed away surrounded by family on September 3, 2023 of a rare cancer. Born on March 3, 1970, Bill grew up in Lowell, MA and spent 53 years gracing the lives of those around him with his generous spirit, loving heart, and humble demeanor. He was a pillar of strength and dedication, deeply admired for his unwavering commitment to family, friends, and generosity to all around him.
As the owner of a small family business and trucking company, his dedication and work ethic was evident in every aspect of his life. He was a man who believed in the value of hard work and was grateful to work with so many treasured and respected friends. A humble and generous man, he helped any and all around him in any way he could.
William is survived by his loving wife Tara (Pollard) Gage; his daughter Kaylie (Gage) Thomas, son-in-law Andy Thomas and grandson Benjamin Thomas; his son William Gage and daughter in law Sheyenne Walmsley; his son John Gage and significant other Hailey Vega; his mother Mary (Denbow) Gage, brother Robert Gage, and sister Kelly (Gage) Stuart; and many loved nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Allen Gage jr., his nephew Eric Robert Gage and his brother Allen Gage III.
