Victoria "Vicky" C (Linnus) Engman

Victoria "Vicky" C. (Linnus) Engman, 69, died at her home on Tuesday, May 18, 2021. She leaves her husband, Paul E. Engman: three daughters, Karla M. Boudreau and her husband Jeff of Westminster, Kristin J. Peters and her fiance Mike WIlliams of Westminster and Keri L. Demeter and her husband Bob of NJ; seven grandchildren, Kevin Boudreau, Abby Boudreau, Allison Peters and Rob Peters all of Westminster, Owen Demeter, Eloise Demeter and Emeline Demeter all of NJ; four sisters, Marian June Flinkstrom of Westminster, Katy Heinilouma and her husband Barry of Hubbardson, Amy K. Engman and her husband Lenard of Westminster and Helen Paajanen of Alaska; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; Helmi Linnus of Ashby and Darcy Linnus of Westminster, Linda and Jim Sydejko of FL, Ellen Trammell of VT, Deborah Daniels CT, Lauri and Elaine Engman of CT, Steve and Laurie Engman of CT, Wayne and Renee Engman of CT, as well as many many nieces and nephews. Vicky is predeceased by two brothers, Raymond Linnus and Peter Linnus. She was born in Fitchburg on February 11, 1952 a daughter of the late W. Armas and Vieno J. (Koski) Linnus. She was a 1970 graduate of Oakmont Regional High School. Vicky took pride in raising her children and then found new passions as they got older. She worked as a florist for five years and later owned and operated a seamstress shop in Westminster Sew Much for many years and also worked at Prime Thread in Fitchburg for several years. She had a great passion for sewing, she was very proud that she would sew the patches on the police and firemen's uniforms in Westminster. She enjoyed doing crafts with her friends at Sovittaija Park. Vicky was very proud of her Finnish Heritage and truly loved anything purple. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Her funeral will be held on Monday, May 24, 2021 at 11:30am in the Mack Family Funeral Home, 105 Central Street, Gardner, MA. Calling hour will be held in the funeral home prior to the service from 10-11:30am. Burial will be in the Wildwood Cemetery, (Rt68) West Street, Gardner, MA. in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to either the Westminster Town Benefit, P.O.
