Theresa F. Zbikowski

Theresa F. Zbikowski, 99, completed her journey through life at 8:15 PM on February 10, 2026.

 She is survived by her son; Warren Zbikowski of Orange, MA, and loving nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her devoted husband, George Zbikowski, and cherished daughters; Jeannette Zibkowski, and Elaine Noble, whom she missed dearly and now joins them in eternal rest.

Though she experienced profound loss and intermittent ailments, she persevered and continued to greet the world with kindness, resilience, and an open heart.

Born into a proud French-Canadian family, she carried her heritage close to her heart. Through marriage she also embraced Polish culture whole-heartedly, becoming a part of a loving Polish family. She spoke English, French, and Polish, and took pride in honoring the traditions, food, and celebrations.

Music was the rhythm of her life, she loved all genres but especially French and Polish music. Theresa delighted everyone with her singing and famous yodeling, which could instantly bring laughter and joy to any room. As would her loud, contagious laugh! She took great joy in cooking and generously sharing French and Polish dishes she made in her kitchen, a place of warmth and welcoming to all.

Friendly by nature, she never met a stranger, only friends she had not yet made. She loved people deeply and was happiest surrounded by conversation, laughter, and song. One of her greatest joys was going to bingo and enjoying the excitement and companionship it brought.

Her 99 years were filled with music, culture, family, and community. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth, strength, faith, and joy. The song of her life will continue to echo in the lives of all who knew her.

As Theresa ALWAYS said to everyone " If I don't see you in the future, I'll see you in the pasture. Make sure you leave the gate open." (And I'm sure she did.)
