Tessa MB Williams, of Athol, Massachusetts, having previously lived in Winchendon, Massachusetts. Born on January 16, 1953, in Bangor, Maine, passed away at age 72 on June 18, 2025. Tessa was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was married to her loving and supportive husband, Reid Williams, for 51 years, a testament to their enduring love and commitment.
Tessa was a dedicated employee in the window manufacturing industry, Maki’s in Gardner, MA. Her passion for her craft was evident in each window she meticulously created. She was a proud recipient of her GED, accomplished alongside her husband, two brother-in-law’s, two sister-in-laws, and her niece.
Outside of her work, Tessa had a myriad of hobbies that reflected her vibrant personality and colorful language from time to time. She found joy in working in her garden, unearthing treasures at yard sales, crafting beaded earrings, caring for her pets and working on vehicles. A lover of music and dancing! Tessa enjoyed attending Peter Noone from Hermits Hermits concerts, and her favorite song of his was “ I'm Henry the VIII, I Am”. She also found pleasure in visiting the casino with her family, her favorite being the Buffalo slot machines! A dedicated advocate for veterans and the military. Tessa was a pillar of strength and support, a beacon of light and laughter for everyone who was fortunate enough to know her.
Tessa is survived by her loving husband, Reid Williams; her daughter, Lisa Landry; son-in-law, Tim Landry; her granddaughters, Maryssa Thompson and Isabell Thompson; her great-granddaughters, Nova Charbonneau and Brinley Charbonneau; her son/grandson, Michael Williams; her brothers, Alfred Scott, John Scott, and Bruce Scott; and her sister, Linda Victor. She was preceded in death by her parents, Glenroy Scott Sr and Germaine Scott; her son, Paul Williams; her sister, Debra Gallant; her brother, Glenroy Scott Jr; her step-grandson, Edward Landry; and her mother-in-law, Thelma Williams.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Tessa will forever be remembered as a loving, supportive, dedicated, and being woman with a great sense of humor, who touched the lives of many.
