Patrick E. Girouard

RUTLAND- Patrick E. Girouard, 57, of 92 Maple Ave died, Friday May 8, 2020 in his home. He was born on April 17, 1963 in Leominster, MA, the son of the late Joseph H Girouard and Margaret A. (Kervin) Girouard. Patrick greatly enjoyed listening to music and was a lover of animals. He attended the Life Skills Program at the Gardner Day Hab until he retired in December 2019. He will be greatly missed by his housemates and caregivers of whom became family to him. He will be greatly missed by his cousins Charles Pierce III, Rosemary LaBlanc, Jane Pierce and her husband Prince Jones; Aunt Helen Belliveau and her two sons John and Thomas. Patrick was known as the escape artist of the home as he would get out of anything at any time! He also liked to hide in the bathtub and chuckle when we were looking for him. He had a great sense of humor. Patrick also had a stubborn side of him and wanted things when he wanted them.
