Patricia C. Shea

Gardner- Patricia C. (Daviau) Shea, 66, of Gardner, died Sunday, September 1, in her home after a courageous battle with cancer. Patricia was born May 17, 1953, in Holyoke, daughter of the late Earl and the late Angie Daviau. She worked for New England Wooden Ware for several years. She was an animal lover, and especially adored her two cats. She also enjoyed watching different wildlife, and took beautiful photos of the variety of birds she observed. Patricia enjoyed gardening, and always had a variety of flowers decorating the inside and outside of her home. Patricia loved to spend days cooking a new recipe, and watching the Red Sox or the Patriots. Every summer she'd spend time visiting the beach, and reading mystery novels, especially Stephen King. Patricia was a hard worker, very independent, and had incredible resolve. She leaves her son, Mark Kandilakis and his wife, Sally; two grandchildren, Owen and Lucy Kandilakis. Calling hours are Sunday, September 22, from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at Mack Family Funeral Homes , Lamoureux-Smith & Poliks Chapel, 105 Central St., Gardner.
