Patricia Desrosiers, beloved mother, sister, grandmother and friend, departed this life on January 23, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, compassion, and resilience. Born in Northampton, MA, on August 20, 1952, to Alfred and Delia Kuzmeski Sr., Patricia would spend her life in service to others. She spent her career in health care as a Home Health Aide with Catholic Charities, a testament to her selfless nature. 

Patricia’s vibrant spirit was reflected in her diverse hobbies and passions. An avid gardener, cake decorator, and craft enthusiast, she was known for her ability to find beauty and joy in the simplest things. Her love for nature was especially evident in her care for hummingbirds and her beloved dog, Lilly. She also enjoyed her Saturday morning shopping trips and trying her luck when she could, in hopes of winning big one day. Patrica loved her family and talking on the phone with her sisters.  Patricia’s home in New Salem, Massachusetts, was always filled with life and laughter, a testament to her warm and welcoming nature. She was a woman of grace and strength who found the good in everyone she met and shaped countless lives with her unwavering kindness and generosity. 

She is survived by her son John Jr, and his wife Debbie Desrosiers, daughter Cindy Ricchiazzi and her life companion Jay Lahair, granddaughter Ashleigh Ricchiazzi and her fiance Joseph Adams, and grandson Joseph Ricchiazzi, Jr., and two step-grandchildren, Shane Desreuisseau and Magen Hamel. She also leaves behind her siblings, Charles Kuzmeski, Michael Kuzmeski, Barbara Jackson, Maryann Matusko, Joan Wilkes, and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father Alfred Kuzmeski, mother Delia Kuzmeski, husband John Sr, brother Donald Kuzmeski, brother Alfred Jr, and sister Judith Verchot. 

No services will be held at this time.
