Marilyn “Minnie” Martin

ASHBURNHAM- Marilyn R. “Minnie” (Blood) Martin, 64, of Ashburnham, died Wednesday, December 25, at Heywood Hospital, after an illness. Marilyn was born September 6, 1955, and Lowell, daughter of the late Howard and the late Helen (Balog) Blood. Family was of utmost importance to Minnie. She also loved birds, cats and dogs. She leaves her husband of 40 years, John P Martin; two daughters, Samantha O’Keefe and husband, Neil of Rutland, and Alexandra Martin and fiancé, Ryan Hutchinson of Phillips, ME; one son, Stephen Martin of Clinton; three grandchildren, Connor O’Keefe, Gabe O’Keefe and Wyatt Hutchinson; two brothers, Russell Blood of Bellevue, WA and Kenneth Blood of Pepperell; several nieces and nephews. Calling hours are Monday, December 30 from 5 to 7 PM at Lamoureux-Smith & Poliks Funeral Home, 105 Central Street, Gardner.
