Lorraine B. Bosselait

LEVERETT - Lorraine B. (Lemieux) Bosselait, 71 of 85 B Depot Road, Leverett, MA, formerly of Ashburnham and Leominster died Friday, June 30, 2006, in the Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Northampton, MA. She was born in Glover, VT, on July 23, 1934, the daughter of the late Frederic and the late Florida (Mailhiot) Lemieux. Lorraine spent her first six years in Glover and Barton, Vermont her family then moved to Leominster where she attended St. Cecilia´s Elementry School and graduated from Fitchburg High School achieving a "Gold F" for scholastic excellance. She was employed as an administrator for Foster Insurand and Fort Devens for over 25 years. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and spending time with her family. She leaves three daughters, Valerie E. Bosselait and her partner Jeffrey Gilbert of Leverett, MA, Cynthia L. Bosselait and her partner Merrie Munroe of Seattle, WA, Stephanie A. Bosselait and her husband Jeffrey Jones of Ware, MA; two sons, Mark B. Bosselait and his partner Tina Lord of Leverett, MA, Gary A. Bosselait and his wife Tracy of Belchertown, MA; one sister, Georgette O'Donnell of West Palm Beach, FL; three brothers, Paul Lemieux of Bernardston, MA, Roland Lemieux of Leominster, Raymond Lemieux of Fort Meyers, FL; five grandchildren, Dana Bosselait, Seth Lakso, Kelsey Bosselait, Olivia Jones, Starker Jones; two great grandchildren, Damien Bosselait, Gabriel Bosselait; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Albert Lemieux and by a sister, Laura LaFortune. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, July 6, 2006, at 10:00 am in St. Cecilia´s Church, 180 Mechanic Street, Leominster. Burial will be private at a later date in St. Cecilia's Cemetery, Leominster. Calling hours will be held Wednesday, July 5, 2006, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the M.A. Simard & Son Funeral Home, 14 Walker Street, Leominster, MA. In lieu of flowers the family suggest that donations be made in her memory to the VNA Hospice of Cooley Dickinson Hospital 168 Industrial Drive, Northampton, MA 01060.
