Laura Ann (Suhoski) Morgenstern, born on January 7, 1976, in Leominster, MA, passed away unexpectedly, leaving a void in the lives of her closest family yet a lifetime of memories for all who loved her.

Laura was first and foremost a loving and caring mother, mixing life lessons along with cherished trips to Salisbury and Hampton beaches with her son Liam. Laura had an earnest and expansive heart filled with love for her entire family. She enjoyed spending holidays with those she loved and hearing life updates from her nieces and nephews. Her beautiful, beaming smile could warm an entire room, and she always added a special flair to family celebrations.

Laura graduated from Gardner High School and completed courses at both Mt. Wachusett Community College and Assumption College. In her younger years she would write poetry and especially enjoyed the work of Emily Dickinson. Before becoming a mother and homemaker, she was proud of her work at the Fernald School and Victory Super Markets.

Laura is survived by her loving son, Liam Morgenstern; brothers Shaun Suhoski and Ryan Suhoski; sister Erin L'Etoile and her husband Eric; nieces Chelsea Suhoski and Peyton L'Etoile; and nephews Nicholas Suhoski, Brandon Suhoski, Joshua Suhoski, Aiden Sbrega and Cole L'Etoile; along with an extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins. She was pre-deceased by her mother Barbara Suhoski Patterson, father Chester A. Suhoski and her sister Cara Suhoski.

Laura's life journey included many ups and downs, though she always maintained a deep faith and treasured the message from the poem "Footprints in the Sand":

"One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord. Scenes from my life flashed across the sky. In each, I noticed footprints in the sand. Sometimes there were two sets of footprints; other times there was only one.

During the low periods of my life I could see only one set of footprints, so I said, "You promised me, Lord, that you would walk with me always. Why, when I have needed you most, have you not been there for me?"

The Lord replied, "The times when you have seen only one set of footprints, my child, is when I carried you."

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made in Laura's memory to First Baptist Church, 14 High Street, in Gardner.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026 from 6:00-7:00 pm at Mack Family Funeral Homes, Gardner - Chapel, 105 Central Street, Gardner, with a service in the funeral home at 7:00 pm. Burial will be private.
