Kirk Andrew Moschetti, born on October 12, 1962, in Gardner, Massachusetts, passed away on October 27, 2026. A lifelong resident of Templeton, Kirk's life was a testament to dedication, hard work, and the profound impact one individual can have on their community. With a career spanning four decades in land development within the construction industry, Kirk left an indelible mark on both landscapes and lives. His passion for his work was palpable, echoing the words, "When you love what you do, you never work a day in your life." Kirk's projects were not just vehicles or structures; they were legacies, crafted with care and precision.
Kirk served as a member and Chairman of the Templeton Planning Board alongside his father for over 25 years. In that time, he worked hard to use his knowledge and expertise to make his hometown a better place for everyone.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Kirk was a man of integrity and warmth, known for his incredibly generous spirit and unwavering loyalty to family and friends. His mother, Joyce Moschetti, was his steadfast supporter and cherished confidante, while his son, Franklin Moschetti, was the pride of his life. Kirk's commitment to those he loved was exemplified in the countless hours spent cultivating and nurturing relationships, embodying the belief that "The love of family flows strong and deep, leaving us memories to treasure and keep."
In his spare time, Kirk loved to go camping in his RV with his family and friends, go on vacations to beautiful beaches and campgrounds all up and down the East Coast, and he always had a project brewing on his property or in his garage & workshop. He was a man who enjoyed having many irons in the fire.
Kirk's presence will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy will continue through the relationships he built and the hearts he touched.
