Kevin L. Partridge

Kevin L. Partridge, born on March 11, 1958, in Winchendon, Massachusetts, was a man who embraced life with an adventurous spirit and loving heart, passed on August 28, 2026. Throughout his life, Kevin demonstrated remarkable resilience, courageously facing every challenge with unwavering determination. Although he was never married, he found joy and fulfillment in his life through his family, friends, and hobbies.

Kevin was known for his love of cars. He would often spend his time watching TV programs, attending car shows, and eagerly awaiting the delivery of his car magazines. His passion also extended to the local heroes of the Rutland Fire Department, whom he admired and respected. He loved visiting the fire station to meet with the firemen, ever appreciative of their bravery and commitment to protecting their community. His adventurous spirit was also evident in his fondness for petting zoos, where he would immerse himself in the simple pleasure of interacting with various animals.

Kevin's life journey took him from his birthplace in Winchendon to Templeton, then Monson, before finally settling in his beloved Rutland. Despite his love of adventure and exploration, what mattered most to him was the time he spent with his family and friends. He is survived by his brother, Gary Partridge (spouse Fred), his brother Robert Partridge (spouse Lisa), and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, David Partridge, mother, Priscilla Moriarty and his brother Timothy Partridge. As the Irish say, "Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal."

A Calling Hour will be held on Wednesday, September 2 from 10 AM to 11 AM at the Mack Family Funeral Home in Gardner with a Funeral service to follow at 11.  A burial at Lawrence Brook Cemetery will immediately follow the service.
