Jan was born on December 24, 1935, the daughter of Albert Albert Sr. and Alice L. (Proctor) Albert at the former Lucy Helen Hospital in Fitchburg, MA. She was an extraordinary woman, a loving and caring mother and grandmother who devoted her life to her family and friends. Jan was passionate about helping others, which showed in her many years working as a Home Health Aide. She also greatly enjoyed family gatherings, holiday parties, and just being in the company of the people she loved. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and all the lives she touched.
Jan is survived by her son, Charles T. Branch, and two daughters, Diana Stark and husband Bruce, and Darlene Bilodeau; her grandchildren, Darcie Branch and Jamie Spinelli, Jennifer, Brandon, and Allison Bilodeau, Curtis and Cassandra Sciabarrasi; as well as several great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Frederick Albert and his wife June, nieces, and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Albert and Alice Albert, her brother, Albert J. Albert Jr, and her daughter, Doreen M. Colburn and her husband Paul.
A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at 11:00 am, at St. Cecilia Church, 180 Mechanic St. Leominster, Ma. Burial will follow mass at St. Anthony Cemetery, Shaker Rd, Shirley MA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
