Irene Dennis

TEMPLETON - Irene (Seseika) Dennis,82, died Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at home.

She was born in Athol on March 16, 1940, a daughter of the late Walter Seseika and Stacy (Glinski) Seseika. Irene graduated from Gardner High School with the class of 1958 as a Pro Merito student.

She worked as a bookkeeper for many years for IGA as well as A&P in Gardner.  She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and maintaining her garden every year.

She is survived by her husband, Bernard Dennis of Templeton; three sons, David M. Dennis and his wife Kay of Lancaster, Bernard M. Dennis and his wife Brandy of Winchendon, Jeffrey S. Dennis of Athol; one brother, Richard Seseika of South Carolina.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at 11 a.m. in the Mack Family Funeral Home, 105 Central St., Gardner.   Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations in Irene's memory be made to the American Cancer Society – New England Division 3 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
