GARDNER - Elena Barbara Medina, passed away Sunday, November 13, 2016. She is survived by; her mother, Elena T. Kowalski and father, Ismael V. Medina and; maternal grandparents, Barbara and John Kowalski; paternal grandparents, Carmen Gonzales and Ismael Medina; three aunts, Samantha Kowalski, Heidi Neely and Josephine Medina; three uncles, Mathew Neely, Keanon Kowalski and Daniel Medina; and three siblings, Justin, Ismaelito and Kiara Medina. She is predeceased by her Brother, Victor Cezar Medina. The funeral will be held 11:00 AM on Saturday, December 3, at Lamoureux-Fletcher and Smith Funeral Home, 105 Central St., Gardner, MA with Fr. Joe Jurgelonis officiating. Calling hours will be Saturday, December 3, from 9:00 to 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Lamoureux-Fletcher Smith Funeral Home, 105 Central St., Gardner.
