Clifford James Hagwood

Clifford James Hagwood, known to his loved ones as Cliff, passed away on November 6, 2025.Born on September 23, 1952, Cliff lived an enriching life until his peaceful departure at the age of 73.

Cliff was a devoted family man, an accomplished business owner, and an avid automotive enthusiast. He was a pillar of strength to his family and friends, always putting their needs before his own. As the saying goes, "The measure of a man is in the lives he's touched," and Cliff was indeed a man of great measure. He was a loving husband to his wife, Eleanor Hagwood, and a dedicated father to his daughter, Lauren Stinnett and step son James Larrabee. His love extended beyond his immediate family, as he cherished spending time with his granddaughters, Sophia and Summer, sharing stories and life lessons that only a grandfather could impart.

Cliff's passion for automobiles led him to establish his own car maintenance repair business, contributing to the automotive industry with his expertise and dedication. He loved being behind the wheel, whether it was driving his beloved Porsche or his motorcycle. His German Shepherds were his faithful companions on his walks, another activity that he enjoyed immensely. Cliff also looked forward to family trips to Maine, where he could unwind and enjoy the serenity of nature. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruben and Leona Hagwood.

In the words of Helen Keller, "What we have once enjoyed deeply we can never lose. All that we love deeply becomes a part of us." Cliff's memory will live on through the lives he touched, the love he shared, and the legacy he leaves behind.
