Charlotte A. Berry, age 74, resident of Lancaster, MA, passed away on December 4, 2023.
Charlotte was born on September 17, 1949 in Leominster, MA, to the late Louis C. Berry and Mary E. (Howard) Berry. She graduated from Nashoba High school in 1969, with perfect attendance. She went on to study Mechanical Trades at Leominster Trade School. After school, she went on to work at Kelly Company until retirement.
Charlotte was an avid knitter, making hats and mittens. She was also known for her love of Elvis and lighthouses. She enjoyed playing softball and candlepin bowling, taking home several trophies over the years. You could often find her making beautiful oil paintings to pass the time. Her favorite pastime was spending time with family and friends.
Charlotte is predeceased by her parents Louis C. Berry and Mary E. (Howard) Berry, and her sister Gail Mae Berry. She is survived by her brother Louis J. Berry and his wife Lois G. Berry of Brookline, NH, nephews Shaun M. Berry and his wife Colleen of Manchester, NH, James R. Berry of Hollis, NH, and Neil Smith and his wife Kate of Hollis, NH her nieces Gail M. Berry and Mary L. Berry of Nashua, NH, Athena Robinson and her husband Mark of Belmont, ME, and her great-nephews Austin Berry, Jacob SanSoucie, and Logan Worster, her great-nieces Kaera Woodside, April Berry, and Heather Berry.
A celebration of life for Charlotte will take place at a later date. Please consider donating in Charlotte’s memory to the Stowe Food Pantry or to the Lancaster Toy Drive for Christmas.
