GARDNER - Rose V. (Siminski) Misiewicz, 95 of Gardner, died Friday, February 21, 2020 in the Alliance Health of Baldwinville. She was born in Worcester, on October 7, 1924, the daughter of the late Peter and the late Maryanna (Kazprazak) Siminski. She graduated from Commerce High School in Worcester. She worked for S. Bent Company as a payroll clerk and she also worked at Goodnow Pearsons. Rose was a communicant of Holy Spirit Church, were she was very involved and a member of the Holy Rosary Sodality. Rose was a member of the Polish American Veterans Auxiliary. She loved being a homemaker and spending time with her family. She leaves two daughters, Margaret Dunn and her husband Matt of Westminster, Rosemary Hancock and her husband Stephen of Gardner; one son, John P. Misiewicz and his wife Ruth of Lenexa, KS; one sister, Theresa Tishkevich of Manchester, NH; six grandchildren: Erin Miler, Christopher Hancock, Meaghan Dunn, Todd Misiewicz, Mary Hancock, Michael Dunn; five great grandchildren: Royse Miller, A.J. Miller, Austin Miller; Hadley Wirzburger, Ada Wirzburger and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Edward P. Misiewicz who passed in 2003, she also had 9 brothers and sisters who predeceased her. The family would like to thank the staff at Baldwinville Nursing Home as well a Beacon Hospice for all the wonderful care they provided. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at 11:00 am in Holy Spirit Church, 50 Lovewell St., Gardner. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery. At Rose’s request there are no calling hours, all attending are asked to go directly to Holy Spirit Church. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in her memory to Alliance Health of Baldwinville - Activity Fund, 51 Hospital Road, Baldwinville, MA 01436.
