Rita M. Brower

HUBBARDSTON- Rita M. Brower, 87, of Hubbardston, died Thursday, June 22, at Quabbin Valley Health Care, after a battle with Alzheimer's disease She was born May 21, 1930, in Pittsfield, daughter of the late Wilfred and Anna (Provost) Coty. While in Pittsfield, Rita worked for Eaton Paper Company and enjoyed knitting , traveling and especially her flowers.. She later moved to Phoenix,Az.with her Husband, Edwin Brower, who predeceased her. "She will be missed by her sister, Theresa Fitzgerald of Hubbardston, MA, and her many nieces and nephews, Funeral services are private. Burial will take place in the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona with her husband.
