ATHOL - Pamela (Shaw) Cote, 64 of 124 Fish Street, Athol, died Monday, March 8, 2021 in the UMass Memorial Medical Center - University Campus, Worcester, MA. She was born in Athol, MA, on March 6, 1957, the daughter of the late Edwin Arthur and the late Joan (Parker) Shaw. She attended Athol Schools and was a lifelong resident of Athol. Pamela is predeceased by her husband, Earl Louis Cote in 2003. She leaves her seven children, Tammy (Cote) Desreuisseau of Orange, Betty Jo (Cote) Raulston of NC, Billy Jo Cote of Athol, Tonya Cote of NC, Crystal Cote of Athol, Jeremy Cote of Athol and Bobbi Jo (Cote) Foster of Orange; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two sisters and two brothers, Shirley (Shaw) Nicoletti of Athol, Donna (Shaw) Hart of Orange, John Shaw and Robert Shaw both of Athol and many nieces and nephews. She is also predeceased by her sister Sandra Shaw. She was a stainer, employed by Athol Table Company. Pamela loved going to the beach, lying out in the sun, going out to dinner and she loved sweet treats. Her greatest joy was being with her children and grandchildren. She will be remembered as a lady with a sweet soul who cared about everyone. No services are scheduled.
