June (Lehtola) Onischuk

GARDNER- June E. (Lehtola) Onischuk, 95, of Gardner, died Friday, November 13, at Wachusett Manor. June was born July 2, 1925, in Fitchburg, daughter of the late Arnold and the late Martha (Koski) Lehtola. She worked at City Sheet Metal in Fitchburg for several years. June enjoyed reading, quilting, watching television and listening to classical music. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter Onischuk. She leaves two sons, Peter Onischuk of Gardner and david Onischuk of Templeton; two daughters, Kathleen Meehan and husband, Andrew of Colorado and Barbara Lafarier and husband, Ronald of Gardner; two grandchildren, Walter Lafarier and Shawn Lafarier, both of Athol; two great grandchildren, Ethan Fontaine of Athol and Sophia Lafarier of Branford, CT; one sister, Martha Swanson of Rockport; many nieces and nephews.
