Sylvia Fontaine

Sylvia J. Fontaine, age 76, of Templeton died Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Athol Hospital Athol, MA. Sylvia was born September 3, 1940 in Leominster, MA. She is the daughter of the late Harold J and the late Ella M (Legere) Tisdale. She was employed by Simplex in Westminster, MA and prior to that worked at Heywood Hospital in Gardner, MA. Sylvia Fontaine was a member of Ahimsa Haven Animal Rescue. Sylvia was very devoted to her pets & gardens. She was very kind hearted and had many friends who admired her kindness. Sylvia was predeceased by her husband Richard Fontaine. She is survived by; her sister, Patricia Gamache of FL, and one brother; Ronald Tisdale of CA & her caregiver of the last three years, Carolyn Emerson of Templeton, MA. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 2, 2017 at 2:00 pm in the Lamoureux-Fletcher & Smith Funeral Home 105 Central St. Gardner, MA.
